Its dedicated and friendly staff, as well as its family friendly environment. It is close to the city life. The rooms were spacious and comfortable.

Swiming pool and breakfast are good! The situation is good too!

Location of the hotel was central with great access to nearby attractions. the free bike rental service was great to explore the city on my own. the room was spacious with comfortable amenities available. the breakfast buffet had a good range of options to choose from.

The cleanliness in the room wasn't up to the mark. Some areas, including the bathroom, were not well maintained.

Staff are attentive and provides excellent service on tour packages, information on getting around, arranging transportation, etc.

The location of Splendor Hotel was excellent, with convenient access to shopping malls and amenities. The hotel facilities were well-equipped, and the breakfast buffet offered a great selection of vegan and vegetarian options that tasted marvelous.

During our stay, we experienced a small inconvenience with the room's remote control and TV remote control not always responding correctly. However, the staff at Splendor Hotel were responsive and courteous, providing excellent service throughout our stay.

Shopping malls near the hotel, can hop on a cab to fengjia night market. Comfort bed and spacious room

Hotel provide adult channels, can choose the category type when you turn on the tv. Might be able to request the staff to turn it off. Overall a good hotel.

For the price, the decor ( especially Xmas decor ) could have been more upscale, but perhaps this style suits the 90% Taiwan customers rather than the international customers.

This hotel is in a strategic location, with an easy route to the National Science Museum and other tourist attractions. the rooms are spacious with a comfortable sofa for relaxation. the breakfast has a variety of options that combines both local and international flavors.

Wait time at the reception desk may be longer than desired.

The hotel had a good view and room was clean. Location was excellent, close to several malls and food places. The breakfast was good, with different options available.

The hotel's proximity to the shopping mall and other tourist attractions made it a perfect spot for exploring the city. We also appreciated the convenient transportation options nearby. The breakfast was top-notch and the staff was polite and accommodating, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

This hotel offers luxurious amenities that met my expectations. the Spa & wellness center was exceptional, with a relaxing sauna, steam room, and treatment rooms available. I indulged in the body scrub and massage treatments, which left me feeling rejuvenated. the restaurant served high-quality food with special diet menus available, providing a memorable dining experience. the location was also advantageous, close to various shops and museums.

The only minor issue was with the service, as it seemed to be slightly slow and inattentive at times.
